Banana Bread Moist

Banana Bread, the best

A moist banana bread using overripe banans
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 160g
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup ripe bananas crushed about 4 bananas
  • 1 tso pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream this is what makes this moist
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts(optional)

Method
 

Instructions
    Mix: butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix until creamy with an electric mixer.

    Add: bananas, cinnamon and mix well.

    Add: soda, salt, sour cream, flour, mix until all smooth.

    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done. It may take ten minutes more or so. You'll have to stick a toothpick in the center to see if it comes out clean.
