Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 times covers two layers
  • 1/4 cup Baker’s cocoa
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp soft butter
  • 1 tbsp instand coffee optional

Method
 

  1. Blend cocoa, cornstarch, instant coffee(optional) and sugar
  2. Add milk and cook slowly until thickened stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter
  4. Stir until cool and thickened to spread
