- Put all ingredients except the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and peppers in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Cut peppers into strips
- Cut cauliflower into chunks
- Cut the broccoli into dippable size
- I sometimes steam the vegetables for 10 minutes until tender-crisp
- Serve the dip in a bowl in the middle of the vegetables
